When you surrender to a system that does some of the work for you, you'll feel lighter and more able to achieve your flow state. Also, habit tracking can be a source of motivation! It's like the satisfaction of crossing things off your to-do list. By tracking your habits, you give yourself little wins every time you follow through.

- Determine which habits (actions) you want to incorporate into your daily life.
- Start small and track a few new actions until you feel ready to take on more. Tiny changes, valuable results.
- No need to overwhelm the process by tracking every new action right away. Avoid overwhelming yourself too early in the process.
- Track only those actions that are most important to you. Add one at a time as you get the hang of it and achieve your habit goals.
