Description
This app is an improved macOS version of Microsoft official "Bing Desktop". It downloads daily images from the Bing website and sets them as wallpapers, everything is automatic and does not require any intervention from you.
But this app is not a simple clone, it has many improvements and unique features:
* Fluent and express UI - almost all functions/options are available through app's system menubar icon.
* Option to download pictures of 13 countries/cultures whereas Bing Desktop only allows one default culture.
* Many configurable options that let you control how daily pictures are downloaded and stored and more.
* Download history pictures of past 2 weeks so that you won't miss them even if your computer is powered off for days, whereas Bing Desktop only downloads today's picture.
* Browse and view all downloaded pictures in app's picture gallery whereas Bing Desktop only allows browsing of pictures of past one week.

Just one request which would make this perfect, could you add the ability to select a picture from the gallery and apply it as the wallpaper, for the days when we just don't like the picture!
If this is an option already and I just haven't discovered it could you please let me know.

** UPDATE **
Be very careful on OS Sonoma - I use this app to save the files to my Icloud drive due to a small internal HDD and it completely screwed up my icloud files causing significant data loss.
I used to run Windows and loved the Bing picture of the day theme. I kept downloading the images myself wishing there was an easier way.. and there is - This app!
For such a small price it brings huge joy with some incredible desktop wallpapers thanks to Bing

so you could spend some minutes in the terminal with launchd and a bunch of foo and crossed fingers, or, just spend a few quid on this app.
the only reason this isn’t a five star app to me? man what a fugly application bar icon - which you cannot hide! worth it though because daily bing wallpaper the easy way ...
