Not Just a Daily Yoga app!

I've been a premium member of Daily Yoga for a few years now. More recently, however, I've been making more use of the fantastic Yogi Community you can connect easily with. The app not only helps me stay physically active & fit, the positive impact it also has on my mental well-being is profound.

I am particularly a huge fan of the AI coach, which is only available to premium members, but you're able to identify particular parts of the body you want to tone. You can use the coach for losing weight, getting better at yoga poses, becoming more flexible: whatever your goal is, the AI coach will create a bespoke-to-you 28-day yoga / workout schedule. If you're like me, you can utilise the rest days to be more mindful & complete meditation sessions that are also built-in to the premium service.

If you're not ready to complete longer meditation sessions, you can take advantage of the 3-minute rest time built into the end of each session.

Coming back to the community element of the app, you can be confident that you'll have the opportunity to connect with other individuals from all over the world. And you will undoubtedly want to support each other along your Daily Yoga journey.

Good variety for fitness and mediation sessions and programmes

Been using daily yoga for several years now. I use consistently for months will then stop for a little while when get lazy or life gets in way, but always go back to.
The sessions are interesting and varied for most things you can wants. From focus areas of fitness, avoidance areas due to injury, and immunity boosting sessions for colds, and chakras based focus. So many options!! I love the master sessions best so premium is definitely worth it, but the basic options are still so varied and I used regularly for particular focus. Especially when I injured back.

I’ve used several of the meditation sessions either for sleep induction, or calming sessions. Again they have specific master sessions which are better which come with premium but the basics one are still pretty good.
Well worth the investment, and I notice the difference in my body and mind/ mood when I’m using regularly. 🙏🏼

Love it!

I’ve done yoga sessions once a week from time to time but never been consistent. Bought this app in lockdown and I’ve done 60 sessions so far. I do a session early morning at home 4 days a week. I have found it helps me keep calm & keep things in perspective. I am also much more supple, have more energy during the day and I sleep better. You can link it to your Apple Watch so it counts your yoga session as exercise. You can choose your level & your programme, dip in and out of programmes to suit your needs. You collect e-coins for each class you do and you can use them to upgrade or reward the yoga teachers. It’s also great value - I recouped what I would have spent going to classes by the time I’d used it 10 times.
