Absolutely fab
No restrictions on how many times to record your mood in a day , freedom to change titles of each mood, fun stickers can be added to each diary entry and a time stamp, I absolutely love the mood universe, it’s such a visual way to see how your feelings change, the mood charts are also very informative.
the emotional chart is helpful in seeing where moods are fluctuating over time and the proportion diagram shows what proportion of your feelings are in each category.
Best of all no ads. I love it
