Dark Mode for Safari 4+

Although it does kind of work, for some sites, it looks like the colour has just been inverted. This is particularly noticeable when there are images on the screen as it looks like you are looking at a "negative". I think that once this issue is sorted out, i.e., that it does the 'dark mode' but leaves images as they are, it would be a pretty nifty app. It's not a question of excluding some sites and leaving them light, but there needs to some minor tweaking to fix this issue. Another really great thing to add would be having different settings of dark mode for specific sites and not one global setting for all. Hope the images thing gets fixed because then, it would deserve a 4 or even 5. Thanks... Appreciate that developing an app on the app store is not an easy process 👍🏻

While it's nice to have something that tries to convert pages to a "dark mode", this plugin often fails in ways that free plugins for other web browsers don't.

The worst example of this is entire web frames being simply "inverted" in colour leading to inverted image colours for carousel menus, Twitter embeds and many other common website features, and this happens on many popular websites. While you "technically" get Dark Mode there's no point in using it if important content like images can no longer be viewed or read and it undermines the purpose and value of this addon.

If you REALLY want a kind of dark mode for Safari then the flaws can be overlooked, but for everyone else this can't be recommended until the app improves or more options are available on how the addon processes pages, as the current plugin options don't adequately reflect the nuances of websites and the shortcomings of applying a filter to them.

messes up formatting for certain sites, making them look ridiculous. the point of a dark mode is that it should be fine-tuned to avoid these issues, and for the price of this app I would expect a much more refined and personalised experience. it seems lazily put together with no real thought put into creating a good user experience. the only way I would be able to use this would be to systematically switch it off and on as i switch websites, which is ridiculous.
