Dash Quest 2 9+

Brilliant game

Like its predecessor this game strikes the perfect balance between an infini-runner and an rpg. This game builds on the original with more enemies, levels, items and abilities as well as a more structured progression system. Overall a brilliant mobile game.

Horrible

A lot of people complain about the addition of energy and that it spoils the game. I completely disagree with that, I really don’t mind the energy bit. But you know what makes this game much worse than the 1st part? Insane lack of diversity and content. If you want boss rush, mini games, dozens of different paths on the same level then you better off playing dash quest 1 and you won’t be disappointed. This one tho has no content what so ever, just few difficulties and horrible skill lvl up system which determines ur weapon effectiveness. No distinct classes, unlike the 1st game, no properly developed in-game content unlike the 1st game, and the devs even removed the ability to change lanes to dodge - a simple thing that would make the game much more entertaining and enjoyable. Instead, this is just another poorly made money grab so unthought through that I can’t even believe it’s the same developer! I would honestly prefer a complete clone of the 1st game with a few new features than completely spoiled version of the 1st game.

We're currently working on an update that includes a Raid event much like DQ1. That update will be available later this week. It's still a new game and we'll continue to look at ways we can keep improving it. Thanks for being a fan of the Dash Quest games!

Energy

It’s an alright game but it’s ruined by the fact there is an energy system which I personally hate because the old game you can play for hours on end but I think this version is just trying to steal your money. Also I had the old version but as soon as the new one came out the old one became very laggy and glitches were quite common, and in the old game every time you levels up you could spend three skill points and you had to be a certain level to unlock different items which I like but in this one you can buy new items whenever you want which makes me feel like there is no objective, and my last point, the graphics on items are a MILLION times better than this one on weapons armour and accessories so all in all it’s an ok game but the old one is way better.

We have and will continue to make improvements to the energy system. We have a lot more coming in our Christmas update, available next week. There's nothing in Dash Quest 2 that's required to spend money on. Of course, we're not trying to steal players' money!

Additionally, we're still supporting the original Dash Quest. In fact, we updated it just last week. Implying that we would purposely cause problems with one of our games is ridiculous!

Dash Quest 2 is different than the first one and understand that players will have their preference. That's why we'll continue to support all 3 of the Dash Quest games.
