Worth it
I was a bit hesitant about using an app I’d never heard of. I couldn’t see my confirmation email after booking but the customer services team were quick to direct me to my spam folder.
Everything went well at the venue we booked the pass for. Remember to bring ID and the card used for booking

Quick customer service!
When booking I was slightly worried if it was a scam since I didn’t see reviews. Then didn’t get email confirmation and got really worried. But emailed customer service and it turned out my email had a typo that they fixed and resent the confirmation. So this company is real and customer service is great. Thanks guys!
