Paid for Book and never received
I installed this app to read a book on my flight back to London. Installed the book and made the payment and I didn’t get the book. I contacted the customer care and they confirmed they received the payment and they told they will push the book to the reader. I bought this 7 days ago and I sent 3 emails already to customer care and its not yet came. Really disappointed as I couldn’t read the book while on my travel. The app is low quality. If their books was there on kindle, it would have been much easier.
No option to buy
No option to buy books from this app!!!
App not working
The app is not working..books only show empty page...it’s been more than 3 years like it and no one in dc books cared to resolve it..
