Brilliant

Had the app for a while now and update every time it suggests. I’ve never had any problems with it. Can keep an eye on your acc anytime day or night. Found it great at Christmas to keep an eye on my spending ! Great to see when items have been returned and to keep an eye on payments going back on card. You can go back and see 6 months of statements. If you like to keep longer than that, then I suggest you print them out and keep. All in all a fab app, definitely recommend.

Always complications

I only opened this account for one coat but kept it just in case, I’ve always struggled to access the app, the user name and password never changed. I decided to use the card today after many months to have it declined, the shop assistant raised her eyebrows and announced it’s not due to pin error it’s due to non payment , I disputed this and she was dismissive , I never use it. I said I was concerned about hacking and she ignored me to serve the lady behind , I interrupted to state I would use my debit card, she processed this and told me I could call the helpline to open the card again if I want to use it, I won’t use it again . I accessed the app to see I owe 57p , I will be charged £12 and I have received no notifications or letters, they rely on the app entirely. Very lazy and worrying for anyone who hasn’t bothered using it like myself. She also said if you don’t use it the account can be closed. This would be embarrassing

It sounds like the outstanding balance may be a small amount of interest, however I can't advise fully without access to your account information. I would advise getting in contact with our Customer Service team on 0333 220 2519 so that we can locate the reason for the outstanding balance and help resolve this. Not Working

The only reason I got this was because I can’t spend vouchers in the stores obviously with all stores closed. The app is supposed to allow you to use vouchers to spend online - but there is nothing on this anywhere.

As far as the app goes, it’s not working for me. Logging into the app is fine, but it repeatedly won’t pull up any data. Just keeps saying error or cannot access account. Pretty useless in this state, despite closing and restarting it several times. I have 150Mb fibre so it’s not through a lack of bandwidth!!

It looks like I will be deleting this so called app as at the moment it is doing nothing but taking up space. I’ll stick to managing my account via my PC and may reinstall it when they get the evoucher system working along with the app.
