Trouble dropping off to sleep no more
Usually take ages to fall asleep but this really helps. Whether it's actually what the instructions or the fact it gives you something gentle to focus on. I'm out like a light before the end
Annoyed at changes to App
I”ve used this app for years and it’s so good that I also recommend it to my clients. The latest update is very annoying as you can no longer skip the instructions. You don’t need to hear the instructions every time you use the app and trying to switch them off now gives you a sales pitch. Loss of functionality is never a good thing. Please restore the option to skip the instructions. As things stand I will no longer recommend it to others.
My daughter recommended this app and I find it very effective. It provides a relaxing focus to help you to drop off. Rarely get to the end and sometimes use it on waking at two or three in the morning.
