Things which I know would improve Deezer
I love Deezer and have had it for about 2 years now I think, it has improved in ways but also the other way around (deezer premium which I understand is to make money but still) some other small things which would improve the layout way deezer works would be to make it easier to make playlists for example being able to hold down a song and drag it into a playlist which is arranged in recent order (so when making a new playlist you don’t have to keep scrolling down all the time) also another thing is suggest songs by artist, desplay the genre of each song , automatic playlist making eg ( same artist/ style/ year came out ) , when you don’t have deezer premium and you shouffle a playlist it actually plays the songs in the playlist not randomly picks them ,improved flow
hope you make these improvements it would make deezer a LOT better. Thanks ~
Good but not that good
Deezer is a all around good app to have. It has every song I’ve wanted to listen to and the songs are very clear and are very good.
Although the app is good there are a few minor faults that I wish were easily fixable. When I first downloaded Deezer I had the freedom to listen to whatever I pleased whenever and wherever I please with or without WiFi then all of a sudden BAM, and everything had to be played by shuffle mode and the only way to get my freedom back was to pay for premium, which I understand is how Deezer makes money. But because of this so called premium update Deezer has been messing up for me a lot lately for example; I play a song on my playlist and it will be alright then the second song it goes on isn’t even in my library. Majority of the time I don’t even know the songs it plays so I always have to reset Deezer to play a song from my playlist but it keeps on happening. When I’m out and about the songs will also suddenly stop wether my data is on or not and it will take me a long time to get it working again.
I am not saying to not download Deezer because when Deezer does work it’s a brilliant app, sometimes the ads are even enjoyable (SOMETIMES), and I hate all ads. But what I’m saying is that Deezer could be improved further to attract a wider audience and a lot more people will use Deezer if our freedom is granted to us without having to pay for it. Or at least keep the shuffle mode but let everyone use Deezer offline.
Free trial but not on my bank account
I subscribe under the free trial with Deezer, I used the app for couple of days, I realised that is not for me, and I cancel my subscription. What is my surprise? I was charge from the day one. I contacted Deezer customer support, they told me that I have to deal this with Apple because I subscribed under iTunes and is beyond their control (how easy to put the problem on their partners). When I report to Apple, the answer was giving within a minute (looks like automatic) with this exactly words: "We've determinate that your purchase doesn't meet the conditions for a refund"
During the last few years, I've been subscribing with different companies (movies, music, channels...) some of them I kept for months, some of them for years, some of them I just cancelled within the trial just because it was not I was looking for (like Deezer), but the only one that actually charged me on the trial is Deezer, and I read other feedback from people with the same problem, and not I am not getting refund because they said is not their problem but iTunes problem... well, this look like trying to get the money back is going to be a massive struggle and probably I will lose it anyway, so they can keep my money, but I hope that people on the same situation will report it.
