Defense Zone 12+

If you're into Tower Defense, this is quite an addictive, fun version. Simple to operate and good graphics, yet can quite often be frustratingly hard to win.

There are, however, a couple of niggles which prevent it from being 5 stars.

First of all, a message comes up at the start of some levels about new weapons. However, this lasts less than a second, so if you blink, you might miss it.

Secondly, when you finish the last wave, it cuts straight back to the menu. Some sort of "Finished Level" screen ight be a nice addition.

Thirdly, when you click on a tower/weapon, a menu comes up on the right of the screen, blocking out some of the playing area. If there was a wider margin to the playing area, this wouldn't affect it.

Last, you cannot view the comlete playing area in one go. Even at minimum zoom, you still need to scroll from to to bottom quite often. As this deselects any towers you might want to inspect, this can be a little annoying.

These are minor niggles, though, and didn't sto me from playing for about six hours straight, right after I downloaded it!

After playing this game I found even when you upgrade weapons with morters the same and even more tanks pass by? Now matter how you try it the same result and even worse. As if the whole game is alreaady set out, and all you get to do is place weapons but, all to no avail. There is no improving no matter your style or thought. Its fixed!

As there were no reviews, felt obliged to write one.

Gameplay is fairly standard, pretty challeging; can't do it with your eyes closed. If your like me and just love your tower defence games, then this is a cheap fix for what I think was £3. Enjoyable and interesting, I'm only on level 2 and hooked. Not sure how in depth the game gets as that can always be annoying. Hopefully any updates will ensure that that will be dealt with.

If you like TD, you won't be dissapointed. 4 Stars (though my rater isn't working great)
