After weeks of trying, and failing to find the Holy Grail of online delivery slots I’ve finally had success with this app. From seemingly none available I get several alerts a day and have now booked 2 slots. I’m live in carer for my 93 year old Mum and am so thankful I no longer have to go out to shop and risk bringing Covid 19 back into the flat. My only gripe is I wish there was more help with how to set the app up. I have booked Waitrose delivery slots but when I log into Waitrose online I’m told to book a slot, but I have no idea how to access the one I know I have booked. I do, however, appreciate this is a problem with Waitrose rather than the app. The Asda website always shows when the delivery is booked, which is great.

When I first accidentally stumbled onto this app I was very impressed and quite quickly upgraded to the ultra package! I was inundated with available slots which took away the stress I had been going through of trying to find slots. However, since approx mid May I noticed that I was not getting slot notifications anymore? I checked the app and found I was unable to refresh the slots page and was stuck with 2 slots for 17th May? I have sent a “report a bug” message a couple of times (this appears to be the ONLY way to contact the company?) but have not, as of today (2/6/20) had any response? I am suspicious that this may be some sort of scam, as the “free” plan is not workable due to the fact that you only get notified every 2 hours which by then the slots have gone which forces you to pay for the upgrade? The upgrade can be purchased for a fixed period so that there’s no automatic renewal BUT again you don’t seem to get prioritised for slots? So again you’re forced into upgrading for the automatic renewal plan. Then 1 month in that stops working and you can’t contact them? I have subsequently cancelled my subscription - I will see whether I am charged again or not next month!

Yup, this is the real thing! I hesitate to leave this review cos if loads of people get it then it surely won’t be able to work as well, but certainly at the moment it’s amazing! I’m isolating with symptoms & am classed as extremely vulnerable due to severe asthma so am not having a good time of it - and I was totally running out of any fresh veggies & fridge stuff...I haven’t been contacted by any supermarkets with ‘priority booking’ offers despite having the letter & registering on the .gov website 3 times! This app booked me a slot for 2 days time and one for 9 days time within a few hrs of me downloading it....admittedly both at Asda - the other supermarkets don’t seem to release nearly as many slots as Asda, & it wd be great if Sainsbury’s was on here too (not available on here for me at least) but I’m so relieved!
