Misleading advertising
I recently had a disappointing experience at Devitos Silksworth . According to their website, if you spend over £18, you get a free garlic bread. I placed an order exceeding this amount, but when I picked it up, there was no free garlic bread included. When I asked about it, the staff informed me that the promotion had changed to orders over £20, despite me showing them their own website stating £18. This inconsistency and poor customer service left a bad taste in my mouth. Very frustrating and misleading. I won't be returning.
