DHL eCommerce UK - Track and Manage your deliveries easily with the DHL eCommerce UK app.

Automatic Tracking:
Notification when you are expecting a delivery and then track your delivery every step of the way.

My Profile:
Personalize your profile by uploading a photo.

Expecting a parcel to be delivered to your work or an alternative address? Select Work or Other in My Profile. Make sure you let us know how you would like your parcel to be delivered by setting your preferences for each address.

Help our drivers to locate you. Upload a photo of the property and let us know any delivery instructions. We’ve added what3words so you can give us the unique combination of three words for your address to help the driver find exactly where you are.

Use our expanded Delivery Preferences so you can let us know if you’d like the driver not to disturb you during delivery. Just let us know whether you’d like the parcel delivered to a neighbour or left in your safe place.

Let us know if there is a preferred neighbour you’d like the driver to deliver to, or if there is a neighbour who the driver should not disturb.
Upload a photo of your safe place so the driver knows where to leave your parcel.

Set your delivery preferences in My Profile and we’ll automatically apply these.

Want to know more about how your parcel will be delivered? Select Change Delivery Instructions and we’ll tell you what will happen with your parcel if you’re not at home and what alternative options are available.

Active and Past Deliveries
Using the DHL eCommerce UK app you can see deliveries which are due and track when these will be with you. When we have delivered your parcel, you can view this in Past deliveries.

Icons will easily help you to see which parcels are being delivered to which address.

Zero Potentail ,

More alternative addresses required

Clearly this app is designed for the domestic user. Unfortunately some of our suppliers who use DHL deliver orders to many customers, sadly the app only allows two additional addresses, which clearly demonstrates it’s designed for the home user. Therefore we are somewhat underwhelmed with this app.

Hi, the app is targeted to consumers who are receiving parcels from us so that they can set their delivery preferences and provide additional info, such as the what3words for the address.

Useless just like DHL eCom Uk

I am beyond frustrated with this company! My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Monday, and it’s now Saturday– 6 DAYS LATE – and still nothing! To make matters worse, trying to get any help is a complete nightmare. Every time I contact customer service, I’m stuck dealing with an **automated system** that goes around in circles, refusing to connect me to a real person.

I’ve wasted hours trying to get an update, and all I get are vague automated responses and no real information. It’s as if the company couldn’t care less about actually helping their customers. Where is my parcel? Why is there no way to speak to a human being? This level of service is unacceptable,

Save yourself the headache and avoid this company at all costs if you want your items delivered on time or expect any sort of real customer support.

I don't belieeeeeeve it!

Friday before the summer bank holiday I stayed in for a scheduled delivery until DHL advised that the driver had failed to get access. Yeah, right the doorbell works. Monday after the bank holiday the consignment was still at the depot and this is the verbatim response to my enquiry: 'Apologies due to high volumes driver did not have the room on his van and we have no resources available to deliver. Forwarded warehouse to arrange delivery tomorrow'. Customer steps back in amazement and ad-libs 'You're gonna need a bigger van'. OK today they had a lot of parcels which is good because in business volume is supposed to promote economy of scale but DHL say 'oh, flip, we've run out of resources! If only people wouldn't send so many parcels we wouldn't be in this predicament'. They now propose delivery on Tuesday when I'm out at work.
