App still needs LOTS AND LOTS of work to track trips and determine driver score. It can take 10 minutes after you get out the car for the app to stop tracking you, meaning any phone interaction will negatively affect your score. You have to not touch your phone during that time. It automatically assumes you are driving the car under cover every time you move more than 1km. If not, you have to pay attention to take your phone out at the restaurant (no matter how rude that is) and mark it as being a passenger - no other choice like “nothing to do with the vehicle under the policy”, etc. Policy management and info features like tow trucks etc. give it the two stars instead of one, but not suitable as a means to get payback on your policy. Marketing rubbish and overstatement at its very finest! My car has Apple Car Play, and my phone is always connected to the car when I’m driving. Have an option to base the tracking on that and IMO it becomes infinitely more useful.

I can access my account via the browser version but on the app it wants an RSA ID or passport, neither used when I set up my policy. How am I supposed to log onto the App?!!!
