Just terrible

The biggest issue with this app by far is the problem with scanning tickets on the app. The minute you try to scan a ticket, it will come up with Apple Pay and then you have to try multiple times until you’re able to scan your actual ticket and that’s even if you get lucky.

Still having NFC problems

The latest update significantly improves navigation which is great, but the problem of NFC being triggered by the ticket scanner and obscuring the m-ticket still persists. Please disable this, it’s a simple developer setting and is really annoying given you previous claimed this had been fixed.

The new bus tracker now actually works and the addition of the arrows is helpful, but it takes a long time to load and seems to cause a lot of crashes. One other thing on this page which would be super useful would be to set buses as favorites and then be able to filter to just show those buses. A good example of this is the 36/37/X39 which all follow a similar route, so being able to mark them as my favourites and have a filtered view of them on the map would be great.

Tried using the journey planner earlier in the week but whatever service you’re using for search/addresses is terrible, didn’t recognise any places I entered. Cant you just use google maps like everyone else.

An app that is not fit for purpose!

This app is a liability if you use it for tickets, first off it relies on the internet for your ticket to actually work... why does it need this, when other bus apps that you can use for tickets doesn’t?? Then if that in itself isn’t questionable enough, it’s even more concerning that sometimes you cannot get past the active ticket screen to access your ticket, making it so you’re unable to scan your ticket, then it’s a game of Russian roulette to whether or not the bus driver will let you on (even though you can show them you have an active ticket, plus email receipt). Really not good Diamond when you have people relying on your buses to get them to work! Was worried I’d have to pay AGAIN for a single ticket to get me to work as my ticket nearly didn’t load again today! As for the bus tracker I wouldn’t even bother, just use First Buses app instead as it’ll still track buses that are not First.
