Good game

I originally had the original game a while ago before the developers decided to withdraw it for a while. I like the new app design (prizes could be better like the old version but I guess that’ll improve with the popularity of the app). I haven’t had an issue with protecting my parcels so maybe they’ve improved that since a lot of the reviews were about that.

One bit of feedback would be for there to be a button for the terms and conditions for the different prices. It gives some details on the prize page but then asks to check a website for full T’s and C’s but it’s the website address rather than a clickable link which will take you to the site.

Hi Darren,

We've forwarded your feedback to our developers. Thank you for taking out the time to send us your suggestions and for the 4 star review!

@Trident ,

My app is working fine and I like the new lay out but defending parcels just seems pointless and is way too hard. It was so much better how defending use to work.
The updated defences have definitely improved but still way to expensive to be used regularly and there should be some limit as to how often you can be attacked. It took me 7 attacks before I could activate the hideout without being attacked which means less than 2 seconds between the end of one and the start of another. (All of them were by different players). I don’t think updated defence items times are good enough; some serious re-thinking of the entire defence setup is needed. Further more the prizes nor all most all consist of discounts not prizes, not much better than apps like uni days.
Update 2:
Defending is now much easier, but I still believe if you open the app in time it should be a 100% success at defending. There is a problem with attacking that if the low battery sign appears or you use the control centre, it automatically makes you lose the attack. Defence and attack gadgets should not be one of the prizes. It is equivalent to winning 200 or less coins which just isn’t worth it. They should either be removed or given as packs of 5 or more. The daily reward should be much higher.

We sent out 2500 coins to all players to help out any players that have had issues with defending. We've also released an update with some improvements for defence. The improvements are adaptive so it may take a bit of time before you see them consistently, but they are in!

Bring back the old game!!!

I’ve still got the old version downloaded and it was far better.
This time round after exploring the game it’s clear the only intent is to make money. (Last game was more fun, easier to navigate and although they could and would be making money it didn’t seem as obvious.)
To defend yourself short term it cost coins, so you’ll be spending about 500 per attack. But as soon as you’ve defended yourself, bang attack number two so your coins get depleted quick. But to defend yourself long term you need gems.
You’re lucky if you find 3 in a box.
But don’t despair you you can buy gems (£20 being the most popular) to protect yourself to win coins or on the off chance you do win a prize it’s for 20% off something which you need a subscription for at the end of it.
Not only this you use to be able to attack and defend people from close range (as in your local area), now you get attacked by people miles and miles away. What?!
Been so excited for its re-release and disappointed with the new game.

Developers you need to bring back some of the old game and combine with the new, I.e distance you can be attacked from (it seems silly that Fred from Cornwall can steal a package from Nancy in Southampton (obviously a crazy example)), the amount of times you can be attacked (or even change the distance and allow constant attacks until you’ve deployed long term) just a few ideas of how I feel it could be improved.
