Subscription lost after moving to new iPhone
I bought subscription last month and I have lost my full subscription when I moved to new phone (from i6 y to o i7). After recovery my new phone from backup this applications not back to normal. I can’t find contact to developer and resolve this problem and I don’t want to pay again!
App is very good excluding this thievish bug.
Excellent English to Urdu Lughat
This is a wonderful dictionary which I have seen. I always find my word with meaning and other relevant details.
Bad customer service for premium version
Purchased premium version for lifetime already and every time I update the app, all dictionaries from the list “Manage Dictionaries” that I downloaded disappear and I have to download over and over again.
I thought it may occur like this because I was trying free version but NO, after I purchased premium one, it does happen the same.
I emailed the developer from the app but nobody answers me so far. So so disappointed!!!
