While the app has tremendous potential, there remains a couple of really annoying flaws. For example, switching from the ‘top up’ screen to the ‘pay my bills’ screen is not possible on many occasions. This is a bug that needs fixing. Also, resetting your password is problematic. While the reset email from Digicel hits your inbox instantaneously, again the hyperlink is dormant and sous not allow the end user to action the simple task of resetting a password. I hope the engineers are observing comments. Finally, the ‘support’ option is redundant and not dynamic. Customers need active support, not a book.

Not Fit for Purpose
This App is definitely two if not more steps backwards. I could not access the information I had saved prior to this so called upgrade. I have lost my points and have absolutely no idea how to locate them. To send credit to loved ones is near on impossible and laborious and very time consuming.
If it was possible to give this App zero stars I would. Whoever is the creator of this upgrade has obviously not but a great deal of thought into it.
