Terrible app
What a dreadful app. I’ve had to create a second account because I forgot my password and the company will not allow you to reset it (despite tricking you into clicking the ‘forgot password’ button before proceeding to allegedly send you an email, a phone call and text to confirm it is actually you but which of course never arrive in your inbox). So I create a second account. It won’t let me upload my document and it won’t recognise my face on the app. But the bureaucracy requires me to co-operate with this app so I can get verified. Digidentity, you need to digidentify your errors and poor service.
Good but still plenty of room for improvement
The application has a lot of functionality and the interface is smooth, however it would have been better if there was an option to allow users to update their details via the app. Also biometric login is now the norm for many applications including banking apps, it would have been better if this functionality was added to the application as well. Keep it up guys…well done.

This app is one of the “marvels” of the new world. It confirms that you are you not somebody else. I needed it to fill my taxes online . As if anyone will try to impersonate me in order to pay my taxes…
Never mind. The app is very poorly designed. I tried to scan my passport during good 30 min but nothing happened. Then , all of a sudden and out of the blue there was an option to take a photo of the passport. This time it worked but I got stuck in the next step to confirm my Id via data about my mobile phone because they don’t have the option to enter your address manually and their limited site has no option to put my address as it is in credit agencies.
A waste of time.
