We have now added support for languages: Polish, Punjabi and Chinese. What does this mean?
If a customer submits a request in one of these native languages it automatically translates the request into English for the agent to action. When the job is passed back to the customer it automatically coverts to their native language.
We have also added a new feature; Keys.. The tenant can now specify whether they wish to be present during any works or not. If not this increases repair time scales.

As a tenant I reported a repair to my landlord via the app. I created a short video which the plumber watched and knew immediately what the problem was and came armed with the right part. Very easy to use and makes life easier for someone like me that had no clue what the problem was. Very good.
