DiverseDocs provides mobiles access to your existing DiverseDocs forms and requires a DiverseDocs account to log in. DiverseDocs is the perfect software solution that allows an individual or organisation to effectively and efficiently transform their paper documents into a digital format within minutes. Every time a form is submitted it will be stored securely in your database and can be sent to the individuals who require the information via email. DiverseDocs can work online or offline so you can capture data anytime and allows you to run reports and extract data into different formats within a few clicks. When logged into the DiverseDocs dashboard you can see a real time view of your business activity by reviewing recent form submissions, user activity log,forms in progress and recent reports generated. How to get started: Step1 Set up your account at diversedocs.co.uk and install the app on your mobile or tablet device. Step 2 Create forms on the DiverseDocs online form builder and quickly assign users to each form. Step 3 Log in to the DiverseDocs app and click on the forms you have assigned. Start capturing data by inputting data and submitting forms. Step 4 Go to DiverseDocs on desktop and view your dashboard. See all latest activity from all your users. Different field options when creating forms DiverseDocs supports modern data fields, photo's,video's and geolocations.
