Whilst I can download the Coop App on my iPhone, it does not appear on my phone screen or in any of my folders. A bit pointless having to go to the list of Apps on my phone or back to the App Store to use it especially if there’s a queue of people behind me! It would seem that part of the process of designing this app has been omitted ie not having a Coop app on screen.

I’d echo other people’s comments about the PIN entry being very annoying as well as the lack of Apple wallet support. More annoyingly this app keeps logging me out. I don’t know my membership number off by hand so I cannot log back in and collect my points at the till so have to ask the staff to save the points to enter in manually on the website later!! Found myself just carrying my physical card again as the app just isn’t fit for purpose right now. As soon as Apple wallet support comes in I’ll start reusing it again but until then it’s more of a pain than just carrying the card!

Doesn’t allow you to register in-app, instead directs you to the website where you can apply and then have to wait (about a fortnight) for the card to arrive. Doesn’t give a membership number in advance of this so it’s absolutely no use until the physical card is delivered. No ability to add the card to Apple Wallet, meaning you must load the app each time you want to scan the card. Little thought or effort has gone into developing this app and the backend support system and it shows.

Nice to be able to have the facility to have my card in an app but so annoying I have to enter a PIN number every time I use it and as others have said you can’t add it to the Apple Wallet. Wouldn’t recommend at this time until the above issues are sorted.
