Doctor Please! Powered by AXA provides you and your family with on demand access to a team of highly qualified registered doctors. To activate an account, eligible customers receive an access code from their insurance provider to benefit from remote access to doctors who are well-versed in worldwide medicine. The doctors will help better understand your symptoms and how to get the best care available to you - wherever you are in the world. Feel confident that you are getting the best medical care.
The following services are available:
(1) Video Consultations: book a video appointment with a doctor.
(2) Call Me Back: one of our doctors will call you back by telephone.
(3) Access to Doctors notes and prescriptions (if applicable)

Worked for us quickly and efficiently
Once logged in and request made our phone call was received within the hour. Diagnosis was quick and next steps were explained. Online prescription sent to us on the app.
Only criticism is the app isn’t easy to navigate and it took me an age to find the prescription, but once I did it was easy. You have to look under the details of the person you called for. There’s a section detailing the outcome of the phone/video call - it was in there.
I visited the local pharmacy who gave me their email address. I emailed the prescription to them there and then, and the prescription was duly filled.
Whole thing took no more than an hour from start to finish.
Outstanding service
We are on holiday in Italy and had a medical concern. We used the app to book a video appointment. We were able to get an appointment the same day, within a few hours. We logged in and had a brilliant doctor (Diana) who used video chat to support us. The doctor was incredibly knowledgeable and resolved our concerns. Couldn’t recommend enough.
Lost prescription
List my prescription quick filled out details doctor phoned me back within an hour and sorted out a digital prescription to take to any pharmacy
