Hi sianlou005! Thanks for letting us know about the glitch with Dog Owner sign-up. We've identified a bug introduced in our latest version that's causing this problem. We're super sorry for the trouble! Our tech team is fixing it ASAP (the new update should be available within a day), and we'll let you know when it's all good. In the meantime, a quick fix: When signing up, just choose any option besides "Dog Owner." This will bypass the issue and let you create your account. Once you're in, shoot us an email or DM on Instagram, and we'll switch your profile to Dog Owner so you can add your pup! We understand this isn't ideal, and we deeply apologize for the disruption. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and it's thanks to users like you that we could identify and address issues promptly. Thank you again for your patience and understanding. Could be good

I like the idea behind the app, and the UI is easy and intuitive. The only problem is, it doesn’t really have anything on it outside of London. I live in a rural area in the North of England, so get that there might not be any locations near me, but to having nothing on the map for Leeds, Sheffield or Manchester for example, makes the app pretty pointless right now. Maybe in a few years it will be worth it?

Too much info needed

The first thing you’re asked to do is put in information about yourself, email, phone picture and then the same about your dog. Sorry, no. Why do you need all that info to enable me to find a dog friendly cafe on a map?

While searching for cafes, our app also allows you to connect with other dog owners in your area, leave reviews, join events and more. This is where the information you provide comes in. It helps build a safe community where you can:

Share recommendations for dog-friendly cafes and outings.
Meet other dog lovers for playdates or walks.
Get advice and support from fellow dog owners.


We take privacy seriously, and we have strong security measures in place to protect your data. You can always choose what information you share in your profile.

Security is important to us, by asking users to provide some basic information it helps us identify real dog owners and create a safe and trustworthy community for everyone.
