Memorable music and irresistible gameplay pair perfectly in the tile-matching Domino Drop. This Tetris-like puzzler has you matching dominos to prevent stack-ups. But as the board gets busier, the colours get more varied, and thoughtful strategy quickly grows challenging. The gameplay feels polished and familiar, but it’s the tiny details packed in every corner—the clink of the falling dominoes, the turntable spinning fuzzy, warm jazz—that makes each match pure bliss.
Great time waster
Firstly, I agree that there should be an option to rotate the dominos although it should only be an option. One that you can switch on and off easily and whenever you like.
Secondly, it is a brilliant little time waster and I find it thoroughly enjoyable as it is. Well done , good job and all that type of thing.. put in a rotate feature and it's the easiest five I've ever come across.
A Slightly Boring Average Game
When I first played Domino Drop I found it pretty boring. It's pretty simple and there isn't much to it although some people may really enjoy the simplicity. The old fashioned music wasn't particularly catchy in my opinion, but again that is all down to personal tastes. Maybe you could keep the old fashioned record music and add some modern day music into the game as well?
I like how there are three different modes but it took me a while to understand one of the modes. I was also pleased to see that there were no annoying advertisements during the gameplay so thumbs up for that.
The game is hardly anything spectacular however and I wouldn't really recommend it.
