All his proceeds from his books, DVDs, and speaking engagements are all donated to charity.

NutritionFacts.org is a non-commercial, non-profit, science-based public service provided by Dr. Greger, providing free daily updates on the latest in nutrition research via bite-sized videos. He has nearly a thousand videos on every aspect of healthy eating, with new videos and articles uploaded every day.

Loving the Nutrition Facts App and Website

Can’t thank my friend enough for pointing me towards this amazing resource, having Battled with my weight and associated health issues mostly over eating and drinking the wrong foods well I say foods, mostly down to the marketeers and companies that peddle all the highly processed rubbish that destroys your health in the name of making money, nothing more than profiteering. Education is key for everyone, and this resource is for everyone and should be accessible to everyone. Our health care professionals should be telling everyone about this shouting it from the roof tops until
the message gets through, this could save your life.... get on board now tell all your friends and family to jump on board...

Essential for everyone

For optimum health overall, to reverse conditions and to prevent them in the first place, Dr Greger’s app and book (How Not to Die and How Not to Diet) are essential. It’s all whole food plant based; so no meat, dairy, processed or junk food. This app is a very easy to use app throughout the day, to simply tick off as you go along. It feels great to tick all the boxes, and naturally after that, you feel great physically as well. Dr Greger’s advice has removed my need for painkillers and I now have genuinely a happier life thanks to just learning the right nutrition. Highly recommend this app, even if you don’t read the books.

Really excellent app

This is a really excellent app. I've been following it a while now and although it is a lot harder than it at first seems, the format is so simple it makes it very accessible and appealing. My only wish is that along with the '21 tweaks' and information sections there was a free form section where you could add your own tickboxes. For example I am supposed to take a high strength iron supplement every day and although, yes, I could note this in another app I'd much rather have it all in the one app. But for a free app it is amazing 🙂
