Worth it, but you have to wait

I was kinda skeptical when I saw the ad but decided to buy it anyway. I trained for 10 days and there was no effect so I decided it's a scum. But since I paid for it, I kept doing exercises. It took me like 3 weeks to feel the real difference and now I can say it totally worth every $! I see a lot of potential for this app, but wish there were more varitery in the training process. Overall the app is good, but before buying it, keep in mind it takes some time to feel the effect

HELP Want to reset progress back to day 1

Hi I’m mainly writing this review because I have questions about the app and the training exercises. I was using the app on and off for a period of a couple of months and got 3 weeks in to my training program. I had subscribed for the premium version and after getting a few weeks in to the program over the months I want the program to start from day 1 so that this time I can focus more and perform the workouts daily. Is there anyway of doing this as I cannot find this in the app? I have considered deleting the app and reinstalling however I was unsure on how that would affect my subscription and If I would lose my money for my current subscription and have to rebuy it.

Generally good but room for improvement

The training routine is good and it’s nice to link it to the calendar and track progress. I have been trying to get into the routine of doing Kegels for a while and the app helps with this. That being said, the advice on how to locate the pelvic floor could be clearer and stressed more.

The insight section is somewhat helpful as well but could be better. They sight sources but it would be nice to be able to follow a link to the sources cited and read them.

The advice could be improved as well. It would benefit from women’s advice rather than just sighting the surveys - for example a lot of the time communication is the most important, yet this advice rarely appears on the app: the bit about cumshots says nothing about just asking first whether it’s ok.

Also referring to women as females isn’t good. There are moments when the app comes across as a little like an incel. Feels like the app is very much for men and designed and created by only men; yet a lot of the advice is how to please women - it would benefit from women’s input.

The design of the app is very masculine and not to my taste personally.
