It's so easy and quick to use, download the app and register just once. Our intelligent software will store your favourite pickup locations when you're ready to book your journey.
When you make a booking, we'll notify you by Push Notification as your car is dispatched. We'll also inform you when your car is minutes away giving you additional details such as vehicle registration number, make, model and colour.

Generally good service - best booked in advance
I think it works better when booked in advance. (Area Cardiff - Penarth) Drivers are assigned around 15-10 minutes before the booked time, which can make you really nervous. One booked taxi arrived 20 minutes late, but that was only once. The other 12-15 times it worked out fine. It seems to be an error though after you finish the trip as sometimes it doesn’t allow you to comment o tip de drivers. It opens and closes fast without allowing you to do it. And you can’t open the tip option by yourself. Please fix that so drivers that deserve it can get good reviews and tips.
Main function works, features don't
It's a good app in that when you order a taxi it comes.
BUT- the pickup estimate doesn't work. The amount of minutes it shows you will have to wait before you book changes every time when they actually dispatch a driver. For example when I booked it said 2 minute wait. When the driver was assigned it said 6 minute wait. I'm sure they will say it's just an estimate and blah blah blah but I have never had it match the actual pickup time. So it's a bad estimate.
The "track my car" feature doesn't work either. It finds me just fine, and finds the driver wherever he happens to be the first time I hit "track". But then the driver icon doesn't move. Even if you check the app when you see the taxi coming the icon will still show wherever the driver was when you first clicked the "track button".
You can pay by card with the app but a friend told me the driver doesn't get the money for 2 weeks. They would obviously prefer cash.
All in all it does book taxis. But that's all it does despite what they app says it can do.
DRIVER’S NOTE ALERT NEEDED
More and more drivers are ignoring, or not bothering to check, the often vital customer’s “Notes to the Driver” message on their apps (the Dragon office confirmed this recently). Yesterday a MINIBUS turned up, even though I stipulated - for medical reasons - “SALOON car only, please” on the app. As per usual, the driver had not bothered to scroll down to read “Driver’s Notes” which, consequently, caused inconvenience and frustration to me, the driver and the office. The office then requested a replacement saloon car but (I am not making this up) yet ANOTHER driver accepted the fare who was also not driving the requested saloon type car. Please would you modify the app so that “Notes for the Driver” flashes up prominently on the driver’s app and cannot be easily ignored. This will also enable the drivers to read these vital messages quickly and safely as they drive, without having to scroll down to find them, as they try to keep their eyes on the road. Many thanks.
