I have been playing this game for 3 years now and absolutely love it but a few months ago the game stopped loading and I am unable to get into the game. I have spoken to the developers loads of time to try and get the game up and running again and they have been very good, however despite updating the game, offloading some apps to make room for the game, uninstalling and rather game rolling advice fr9m the developers the game will still not load and I don’t know what else I can do so any help would be appreciated.
My favourite online adventure game EVER, but…
…the continuous problem with auto-shutdown is really frustrating, especially when time islands are missed while developers fail again and again to solve this seemingly simple problem for good.
I’ve been playing for a few years now, ever since this game’s early infancy and have supported it fully by regularly paying for in-game purchases, which I’ve NEVER done for any other online games I play!
Beautiful graphics, varied mini games, good storylines and competitive team building opportunities with other players makes this game a real stand out from others I’ve found online so far. Also, no annoying adverts unless you choose to pick up bonuses is an extremely welcome plus.
Downside apart from the auto shutdown without any current resolution (by the way, Support are friends and reply within 24hrs, but still cannot solve this problem!) is that energy levels deplete really quickly upon continuous play. So choosing to purchase more to continue the game can be really tempting (especially for timed islands!) as waiting for energy to replenish can be frustrating too!
Overall, if the Developers can solve the auto shutdown problem for good, I’m sure this brilliant game will fascinate players and generate more money for them for years to come!
Good game but…
I really enjoy this game. I downloaded it because it was advertised as a pimple popping game however I’ve actually enjoyed the game as it is more. My issues with the game is energy. Yes you can get more energy from watching ads etc but to do certain tasks like chopping down a tree can wipe out almost all the energy before there’s any chance of completing the task. I’ve also enjoyed the limited time islands but it’s impossible to complete them in the limited time due to lack of energy. I also think there should be a gap between each limited time island so I can actually complete the main islands. Instead I’m using all my energy on the limited time challenges instead of doing the main island. It’s a great game but the energy levels need to be reviewed.
