Great but 1 complaint...make that 2!

I have really enjoyed playing & guessing drawings from my wife or friends recently. BUT after collecting over 400 coins (which takes a while) and nearing the 500 it takes to get new colour palettes they all disappeared! This is a really disappointing bug or flaw in an otherwise fun little app.
I even spent money to get some extra coins and now they have disappeared too.

Can’t draw up or down only side to side?

Anyone else have this issue, can only draw horizontally and not vertically.
