Dr Berg is amazing at explaining complex health and diet issues! I have been watching his content for a long time.
Must say the App seems very new and basic, with a few bugs that need working on. Occasionally crashed and also can freeze!
But am sure it will get better with newer versions

Great app, but not fantastic
I love this app and the way the recipe section is so intuitive. Yet, I wish I was able to play the audios with the screen locked. Instead, I have to keep the screen on in order for the audio to play..
Very informative
Dr Eric Berg is very knowledgeable and one of my favourite sources of information on health and diet. I’m really glad this app has been created and once the minor glitches have been sorted it will become another great tool to use for ‘better health’ tips and advice.
