Dream mapper / dream maker

The dream maker is fourth cpap machine I’ve had in about 25 years. It’s certainly the quietest and best machine so far.
Dreammapper is very useful as it tells me how well my mask fits and the difference which position I sleep in as it monitors my AHI ( the count of how often I stop breathing or have minor breathing difficulties) by using the app my medical provider can check my and my machine remotely which means if I have a problem I only have to contact the team and they can see what’s going on without me having to go to them.

Works nicely but for what purpose?

I think it is clear the primary function of the app is to increase patient engagement and to try to maximize use of the device.
A number of metrics are provided, among which are sleep quality metrics - but it just shows counts of adverse events and doesn’t give any greater context, such as HOW to achieve “better” scores.
So, overall a good idea and works well, but I feel the design is lacking in this feedback aspect.

It has given me nights of decent sleep, as opposed to awakening suddenly with my heart going like the clappers, took a long time to find out exactly what my sleepless nights were down to, one guy said I was probably having nightmares? A comment that certainly didn’t help. I can now go through the day without being grumpy and knackered. Have had just a few problems with wind , but managed to get the pressure reduced a little .
Certainly has changed my life for the better.
