Driverly Insurance 4+

What I found interesting about I
This app is that it captures your driving pattern and rewards you for good driving. Although it might be marketed for younger driver, but who doesn’t like to get rewards?!

Initially this app was good, with a few glitches with mileage but communication is poor.

Initially 25 acorns would be given weekly, so could get a reward every 4 weeks (ok I understand this may not be the most financially sustainable model) this was changed to 15 (so rewards 7 weeks) but with no communication or notification of the change.

Now the app is saying that I get 15 acorns but actually only get 3. Apparently this is a glitch in the app (saying 15 and 3 is the correct amount). And apparently it’s because I’ve maintained my good score. I feel like becoming a bad driver just so I can improve more.
Again no communication or notification, and it would now take nearly 8 months to receive a reward.

Seems underhand to me with the constant reduction in acorns and the lack of communication/notification.
