These include anxiety, stress, depression, bipolar, addictions, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), panic, agoraphobia, phobias, eating disorders, trauma, post traumatic stress disorder, anger, grief, marital and many other complex conditions.
Our therapists follow recognized ethical frameworks, have over two years of experience and are trained specifically in online counselling.


Downloading the Dr Julian App is free. Simply download, register (your details will remain private and confidential), select the date that you wish to have yours session and choose the therapist you wish to speak to.

You can choose your trusted therapist by viewing their name, qualifications, experience and other detailed information that appears on their profiles.

Once you have chosen the date of your session and your preferred therapist, you can pay using our secure payment system and you’re ready to go. No subscriptions, no commitment; simply book a session as and when you need one.

A full therapy session can be as little as £45, depending on the experience of your chosen therapist.

There are no minimum commitments or monthly subscription plans. Simply use Dr Julian as little or as much as necessary. Whether you are going through a rough patch and just need someone to talk to or have some deeper issues that require regular sessions.


Online therapy can refer to many different types of service, including online live chat messaging, email, audio and video.
Video therapy is an effective alternative to in-person therapy that has been proven to be as effective as traditional face to face therapy (Chakrabarti S 2015).

It can be particularly beneficial for those who find it difficult to go outside, feel uncomfortable talking about certain things in person or find it easier to talk in a familiar environment.

How do I know if I’m anxious or depressed?
If you find it helpful, we offer a free standardised diagnosis questionnaire used by both GP’s and psychiatrists which will assess your level of anxiety or depression.
Dr Julian is currently only available to those over the age of 18 years.

Really helpful, simple and quick, can't believe how easy it is when I am in need.

This isn't my first time trying to access support, to talk to someone. I am currently on a long waiting list so when I heard this was launching I immediately came to have a look.
Wow, the app is so quick and easy to navigate around, I managed to find a therapist and then actually have had my first appointment already!
I can't believe I can actually get help now when I need it!
The appointment was seamless they connected with more on time, and I had my time with them from the comfort of my sofa, I have already booked my next appointment - finally someone is thinking about those who need help now, not in 6 weeks!

So glad I tried the Dr Julian app

I've never had online therapy before, so I was apprehensive about how the app would work as well as being a little nervous about the appointment. I needn't have worried. The app was incredibly straight forward to use, I didn't have any problems at all.

My therapist immediately put me at ease and thanks to being able to talk from my own home, I found it much easier to talk openly and honestly without feeling uncomfortable.

I really would recommend the Dr Julian app to anyone. I can take it for granted that I'm using an experienced and qualified therapist, and I can make appointments fit seamlessly around my busy life. ,
