Description

Dropbox brings your cloud content and traditional files together with the tools you love—so you can be organized, stay focused, and get in sync with your team. With all your files organized in one central place, you can safely sync them across all your devices and access them anytime, anywhere. Features like Dropbox Spaces, starred content, offline access, and a doc scanner make collaborating with others simple.

Features:
• Dropbox Spaces brings context to your work with an overview of folder descriptions, to-dos, and important pinned files.
• Work with your Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint files, and Dropbox Paper docs.
• Offline access to get to your most important files, even without connectivity.
• A document scanner to turn receipts, documents, whiteboards, and notes into PDFs.

Sign up now for your free Dropbox Plus trial. You'll have room for all your files, and space to spare, with 2,000 GB of storage. Our latest sync technology can automatically move stale items off your computer and to the cloud. And Dropbox Rewind lets you roll back any file, folder, or your entire account, up to 30 days.

Or, existing Plus customers can upgrade to Dropbox Professional. With 3 TB (3,000GB), you can store all your stuff—from work projects to personal photos—and have space to spare. You and your clients can comment on most file types without leaving Dropbox. And you can protect your work with a watermark, add shared link controls, or rewind your account up to 180 days.

Before starting a trial or completing payment, you’ll see the plan price. This amount will be charged to your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase and on renewal and will vary by plan and country. Dropbox subscriptions renew monthly or yearly, depending on your plan. Your account will charged for renewal 24 hours before the end of your current billing period. To avoid auto-renewal, turn it off in at least 24 hours before your subscription renews. You can turn off auto-renewal anytime time from your iTunes account settings. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase.

We’d be lost without Dropbox—it’s an indispensable part of our digital toolbox. But for all its usefulness, the thing we appreciate most about this cloud-storage app is how little we have to think about it. Whether we’re sharing documents between devices, uploading photos directly from our camera, or emailing large files to friends, it all just works—seamlessly and effortlessly.

Wonderful!

All I want to do is move my files out of dropbox into my ordinary device storage. It only gives me the option to download and view my files inside the app. I need it outside the app to use it to edit videos, transfer it to other mediums, like my usb flash drive. I feel like my own property is being controlled and quarantined away from me. I feel angry. EDIT!: I am happy! I have found out how to properly download my files. I click ”...”, then I click “export”, then I click “open in...”, then I can save to my iphone, copy to my Google drive and do what I want. Thank you!

Disappointed of late

I am so disappointed with dropbox, with each upgrade it just gets worse. The problem is with file syncing - Ive been waiting about 3 weeks for some files to sync on my devices. I have 2TB dropbox account on 3 devices :- a Mac on Fibre Broadband, iphone XR and ipad pro ALL signed in to Dropbox. Ive also enabled syncing using mobile data as i have a ton of it. It seems that the more files i load on to dropbox the worse it gets. I can see the blue circles with stationary white arrows, according to the sparse support Documentation the arrows are supposed to be circling but on my devices they are stationary. My dropbox seemed to work fine when a small number of Files were loaded but the more files I load up it just gets S L O W E R to a STOP. I can understand maybe a hour or so for a large number but files, but this is getting ridiculous for a system that should be so easy to use.
My only option now is to delete all my files on Dropbox

Developer Response ,

Hey there, we’re sorry to hear about this.

If your mobile devices are up to date with the latest stable iOS release, currently 13.2, we suggest reinstalling our app.

The same would go for your Mac, as we’d suggest making sure that you’re using the most recent stable release of OS X, currently 10.15.1. Additionally, if you’re using a beta version of our app, we recommend opting out of Early Releases from your online account settings, and installing our latest stable release from www.dropbox.com/install. A beta version is denoted by a xx.3.xx, instead of the xx.4.xx.

If the issue persists, we’d like for you to give our support agents an opportunity to work this out with you. You can get in touch directly at https://www.dropbox.com/support.

Thanks!
