Worst banking app - zero stars
Every time you open the app it says that the device is unrecognisable and you have to go through a ridiculous verification routine involving scanning multiple cards and taking a video of your face. There’s no online alternative to using this broken app, as they’ve discontinued accessing your account on their website. I’ll be cancelling my credit card immediately.
Terrible app, terrible bank, avoid
App has so many bugs. Every time I log in it thinks it’s a new device and I have to do the whole verification process. If you’re making the payment from another bank it’s a nightmare. I was also deliberately lied to about the fees, and raised that complaint with the bank, which they continue to ignore. Honestly, it’s not worth the trouble at all.
