Doesn’t work
Can’t select language when it opens. Crashes when you try to allow it to use the microphone. Unable to use the “Report” option as a location marker never appears! Needs more work. Using and iPhone X.
Many functions not working
I have tried a number of different ways to get the call center to call me back with no luck, also tried to login also no luck. As for the interactive service and chat is very limited.
Also no function to follow up on services. For example submitted bounced cheque request. And it says registered. What happened since, what’s the feedback, what are next steps and how can police help. Nothing in the app to support these queries and no one to call to ask for help via the app.

Having had a small contact accident I used the app to report it and took a photo uploaded it and were on our way, so well done DUBAI police for being so forward thinking
