Great app
It’s very easy to transfer between accounts and different currencies. It looks nice and modern. I’ve used it regularly for the past 6 months and not had any issues.
Proper bank, but might be unusable if you speak English only
Verification process is straightforward and much quicker than the app tells you it’d be. Exchange rates are competitive but not best. You get a proper bank account in Switzerland with IBAN which is a plus in and of itself.
I subtracted one star for not stating clearly enough there’s a 1CHF/month fee for using their cards – that is on top of issuing fee that’s quite expensive – something around £9.
Fees for foreign transfers are quite high, too. I subtracted further three stars for the customer service. There seems to be language barrier when it comes to English. When trying to get someone to resolve an issue the chat operators would either request the same information over and over, reply something unrelated or ask for information that was already provided. That’s a HUGE drawback. It might leave you with no access to your money and no one to resolve the case since most of the consultants don’t seem to understand what you’re saying. So eventually though the service is decent you might want to avoid it in case there is trouble and you’re basically doomed.
Swiss Bank
Generally speaking, this app works to my satisfaction. But I do have a suggestion, I think Dukascopy is a more proper name for this app. Swiss Bank is kind of misleading, or not humble.
