Very easy to navigate and great to access the vouchers and club card. Allows you to check new offers that are available, highly recommend if you are a Dunnes shopper :)

Can’t get it to work

I can't get the app to work, so I can't apply any of my discounts. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried getting onto the Dunne's store wifi when I'm in the store versus using cell data. I've tried turning the app on and off. I've tried turning the phone on and off. I've tried logging off and logging in again. I just get an error message each time. The app will open but it won't update and therefore won't let the cashier make use of my discounts available. I’ve tried contacting customer service, but no response.

App Broken since update 5th Aug

I was logged out of app and it won’t let me log back in . I’ve tried resetting password and it still won’t work. Needs patching

Worst retail app

This is by far the worst shopping app I’ve used, so bad I’ve gone back to paper vouchers. Constantly logs me out, vouchers just disappear, the app crashes etc. A complete waste of time. I can’t rely on it, so I’ve stopped using it.

Disaster

The worst app ever ! When I go to the toll open the app and sign in it says no account !

Then I ring customer services and they sort and next time I use same thing !

Thank you for the feedback, the app has been designed to make it quicker and easier to access your VALUEclub card when you're at the till and reduces the risk of losing paper vouchers by having everything in one place. We'll be adding new features in the near future so keep an eye out for updates.

Terrible app!!

The layout is poor and app is unhelpful. Images of items on offer are unclear. The app often freezes and does not update.

Review basket

Every time I go to review my basket it brings up a blank screen?
I have to go out of the website and go back through the app again.

It won’t let me sign up

A waste of time, it won’t let me put in a Northern Ireland address so I can’t sign up. No option to change to UK or NI.
