Does work on iOS 9 - install the latest firmware from website

For everyone who has been saying that the device dose not work under iOS 9.

It does work... You need to update the firmware on the device first. Go onto their website and download the firmware and install. The device will then work.

Waste of time.

Echoing the thoughts of another user, who expressed frustration and confusion that one is expected to instal an update on a Windows PC for a device designed to work with an iPad / iPhone. Useless.

Could have been 5 stars...

The simple reason is that if you mess customers around you get a low score. This device is made for apple products. It needed a firmware update. So why on earth do they give you an update that does NOT open on any apple mac??? No, you need to install it via a windows based pc. That doesn't make sense at all. Then the instructions are wrong as well. You have to extract the exe file first and then insert the usb stick. WRONG. It only works the other way round. Took me a long time to work all this out and therefore the two stars. In the end it works fine but it could have been a lot easier. Shame on you
