DVD Maker Lite - DVD Creator 4+

I mourn the loss of iDvd. Finally it has ground to a halt. This really is a review of 'DVD Maker Pro - DVD Creator', the paid-for version. This Lite version will give you an idea of how it works but really you need the paid-for version. Don’t be put off by the sorry one star reviews, forget this version and go for the Pro version. It is not as pretty or intuitive as iDvd but it will create a slideshow from your photos including your musical backing burned to a DVD for playing on the telly. I have tried quite a few other slideshow creators without great success but the Pro version of this does the job and is good value.

Bewildering User Interface, did what I needed eventually but the watermark isn’t a watermark, its a full on destruction of any image that you’d like to display, making it impossible to evaluate the product. Would recommend looking elsewhere.

Poor documentation and poor design - awkward to use and after you have struggled to work out how to use it you are asked for money to avoid having an enormous watermark on your work. Complete waste of time avoid at all costs
