so simple
As someone new to mac I was frustrated that itunes would not recognise my video library. This is a great, simple to use tool to overcome this problem. I am now happily building my itunes library. Just drag & drop and it does the rest. Fantastic vaue for money. Thanks for the support as well. Highly recommended.
Easy to use
Imports easily, conversion very satisfatory and works well in iTunes. Good value for money.

Not very good at all
I've used other similar products on PC and found this to be very very slow and really hard to set up. After 10 hours of chugging away I ended up with a mp4 file that the mac couldn't open. I'll persevere, only because its not clear if other products are as bad as this one. On the plus side, this one was inexpensive!
