Bought a network video recorder, went for the same brand as my 2 previous ones as I love the ease of use to save video with this app, my new recorder is an HD nvr, it downloads video clips but then when it says transcoding, nothing happens. Shame as this bug needs sorting. (IPhone X)

Few months back I had playback issues and after emailing the developer I waited and waited but guess what I did get that reply and thereafter I was being looked after step of the way to have my problems resolved. I am very satisfied of the results and now this app is amazing and love everything about it. So yes go ahead and download this app with confidence, try the free app or purchase it like I did and enjoy all the features it comes with!

Can not connect to fixed IP
Was using the free app fine for months connecting with IPhone 6s and IPad. All of a sudden both devices stopped connecting and keep telling me the IP address is not available. I thought it was an issue with the free version so upgraded to eagle eyes plus but the issue still persists. On rare occasions I can connect to the IP when I’m next to the router that hosts it. Ive had long discussions with BT support and remote assistance to make sure ports are open and no firewall is blocking the connection but the issue still persists.
I can’t seem to find any support for this app which doesn’t help...
Avetech please sort out the app or refund what I paid for upgrading 😡😡😡
