The food supplied from Witney used to be excellent but it would seem that the chef has been replaced in the last few months. Our last two orders have proved distinctly inferior compared to the standard previously experienced and with the sauces also being noticeably “watery”. The App works well enough but we’ll be less likely to use it anymore and will seek out an alternative supplier of Indian food.

Take away do not deliver to my area for less than £20.

App (the point of purchase) allows you to spend less than the minimum (people in Witney are seemingly treated more favourably) which can cause problems if you spend less than the minimum order.

It does nothing for customer relations when the take away then ring up and make the customer feel as if they don't want their money. It is not the customers fault that their app is faulty and they need to sort this out.

Note this is not a review of the food which is usually superb. Just the app.
