Running has never been so enjoyable
In the last year I’ve managed to run 5k through using couch to 5k apps etc and managed to keep it up by doing parkruns and weekly 5ks. I enjoyed being able to run the distance but found the runs difficult and since running with Eastnine coaching it has introduced me to a completely new way of running and I have never enjoyed running so much. It has enabled me to be a lot more mindful during running and enjoy it whilst giving me access to a mountain of knowledge in terms of increasing endurance and time which I had no clue about beforehand. Absolutely love it and always looking forward to my next run with eastnine!!

I used to jog a bit in my early forties but my drive and enthusiasm dropped off over the years ....that was until I found Eastnine.
With the superb coaching from the team at Eastnine I have progressed from walking to running in just a few weeks. Last weekend I completed one of their fasted runs and covered 8K in 60 minutes .... I know it’s not exactly breaking the land speed record but goodness me, it’s given me a renewed zest for life.
The coaching is professional and encouraging, with just the right amount of verbal input to keep you motivated without interrupting your flow.
My technique has also improved and I have remained injury free despite increasing my mileage and speed.
I can’t recommend this app enough .. whether you are new to running or looking for professional help to improve your performance, Eastnine has it all going on.
This app is great! Really great variety of different running related workouts. They are encouraging and full of advice, the coaches are really knowledgeable. The workouts are done so you can use them on different levels.
Eastnine interlinks with strava so the workouts are coming up on your strava feed with a breakdown.
The help function is great too!! They actually reply straight back and help sort your technical issue,
