Great App for running, really good price
As a student with no money whatsoever, I cannot afford to pay for the app, however, the 2 week free trial allowed me to explore the diverse range of running workouts, enabling both me to improve both my speed and endurance over 5k in just 2weeks. All the workouts I tried were incredibly enjoyable but challenging, providing you with the essential burn that every Sadomasochist enjoys with the incredible variety keeping things fresh. I also thought the audio coaches were likeable and encouraging, a solid, often overlooked element which really increases the care the developers feel for their app and their community. I’ll stop waffling now but even when they ask you to send them a quick review of the app a real person responds to you which is testimony of how much these guys care. So if you have the money, I would definitely download this app.
Great range of sessions, never get bored of running again
This app is brilliant for getting into running and for setting yourself goals, I started off with working up to 10km as it had been some time since I’d last ran. I then stepped up to the 8 week half marathon programme and by the end of it had taken over 10 minutes off my PB. The variety of the sessions combined with the strength and stretch sessions means you don’t get bored. I previously used to run similar distances at a similar pace every time I ran but with Eastnine I’ve benefitted a lot from changing it up on a regular basis and switching between pace and distance training. Worth every penny and no a brainer if you are thinking of getting into / back into running.
Running has never been so enjoyable
In the last year I’ve managed to run 5k through using couch to 5k apps etc and managed to keep it up by doing parkruns and weekly 5ks. I enjoyed being able to run the distance but found the runs difficult and since running with Eastnine coaching it has introduced me to a completely new way of running and I have never enjoyed running so much. It has enabled me to be a lot more mindful during running and enjoy it whilst giving me access to a mountain of knowledge in terms of increasing endurance and time which I had no clue about beforehand. Absolutely love it and always looking forward to my next run with eastnine!!
