Description
The EASY Companion app works with Giltbyte's EASY system to provide a simple way of completing expense claims while on the move, and uploading vehicle documents, using your iPhone.
Using the app, you no longer need to jot your journey details down in a diary, it's simply a few clicks and the journey details are uploaded to the EASY system.
With other types of expense claims, just enter the details and take a photo of the receipt - job done! The app will store the expense claims until you are connected to WiFi and automatically upload the claims to the EASY system.
You can now complete your expense claims anytime and anywhere.

More garbage from Giltbyte Ltd
The app is difficult to understand from outset and the fact it does not work correctly most of the time. So dates change from and to as you select the correct dates from the calendar. This makes making claims extremely difficult and you have to be very persistent.
It’s very difficult to upload photos of receipts and impossible, on mine at least, to upload more than one.
You cannot see if claims have loaded correctly as it does not show a validation page or uploaded claims. If it was considerably better it might score 1 star.
Anything but EASY
The app is terrible and so is the web version, it’s wild how much security there is and how you have to have a secret answer every time you log in and then it says your account is blocked even though you enter the correct answer that previously worked. I’d rather take the loss and not get my expenses back than entertain this nonsense.
Poor
The app is clunky and it is hard to find what you have entered once saved. It is a good idea badly executed. At times it won’t enter a date other than the present day. I suspect Easy has saved organisations money as you simply give up and don’t bother claiming. Another example really of just how well our employer treats us.
