Very easy, efficient and effective
I use Easy Invoice to send about 15-20 invoices a month and it looks professional and clear to my customers. I also use it for sending estimates which looks really impressive to larger clients with my logo and company information on the PDF. I also use it to keep track of who has payed and who hasn’t and has saved me missing some payments as you can mark “PAYED” on used invoices. You can also see graphs of how well you are doing and who your best customers are, really helpful to analyse your business. I would definitely recommend. Also iPad compatible which is great.

needs more invoice templates
A great invoicing app but just don’t expect functionality anywhere near Invoice2go which is probably the best invoicing app available but it’s expensive, whereas EasyInvoice is not.
EasyInvoice is easy to use once you get the hang of it which doesn’t take long. It does nearly everything required for an app of this type. The main thing lacking when compared to other invoicing apps is the choice of invoice templates... There’s one template only and it’s nowhere near as fancy or nicely designed as some of the other invoice layouts available in other apps.
EasyInvoice is a stripped down version of its fully fledged brother EasyBooks, which offers a full blown accounting and invoicing app. Again the problem is even EasyBooks still only offers a single solitary invoice template style (or rather lack of style).
If you’re not interested in how your invoices look then go for it definitely without doubt. But these days many people want well designed invoices that stand out and are memorable, like their business, this is why I give EasyInvoice 4 stars, if it had more templates like other invoicing apps it would definitely be 5 stars.

Excellent/Efficient/Perfect
I’ve been using Easy Invoice for 8 years now, it has never let me down. It does all that I need and much more. So easy to set up, swift to send an invoice and manage payments and my books. To top it off, Mark and his team of customer support staff are extremely efficient and will go the extra mile to resolve your question and in some cases implement features suggested by us the customers. Will continue with my annual subscriptions and will always recommend them to anyone needing a simple answer to an on the go invoice system.
